Calcium is one of the minerals used to have stronger bones. Men has 206 bones but children have 300 and most of them are found on the feet. Cells
The cells are the building blocks of the body. We normally have fifty to seventy-five trillion cells. These are made up of proteins which are also broken down to smaller units called amino acids. Even our nails and hair are made up of cells. The life span of cell differ, some live for a day but some can stay till death. The red blood cells for example have a life span of 120 days. Sources of food for the cell include meat, beef, poultry and fish. Vegetables including the family of legumes like kidney beans, lentils and chickpeas are also good sources of protein. There are three muscles present in the body namely: skeletal, smooth and cardiac muscle. Proper exercise is important so as to improve muscles. Some of the good exercise includes aerobics, cardiovascular work outs and strengthening exercise. Basic movements like walking, jogging and dancing can improve the muscle. Aside from the exceptional benefits of exercise to the muscle, it also prevents chronic diseases, improves mood and helps reduce weight. Protein rich foods are the best food for the muscles since it is made up of cell.
Brain
The brain is the central part of the body and it acts as the controller of all body parts. It is composed of 78% water. The brain needs food in order to function well. Remember that taking good care of the brain is necessary. It can make us move, laugh, dance, eat and do other things. The brain is protected by the skull to keep it from being exposed to the outer part of the body. It is the source of all the ideas, hence, it is necessary to take good care of it.
